city: QUIMPER

I put a phone up for sale on Le Bon Coin about a month ago ...
I was contacted last week by text: 0622236676
warned me that it was useless to try to reach him in the next few days on his phone ... supposed problem with SFR
The guy didn't haggle on the price
asked to be delivered by Chronopost only
and insisted on making the transaction via PayPal!!!
I had to create an account, sent a payment request ... my account showed a payment pending!!!
- PayPal Service [verify.transaction@ymail.com]
- the address paypal.world@rocketmail.com ...
so many fake addresses ...
I managed to retrieve my computer at the sorting center just before it entered the Chronopost network!!!
I contacted the police or gendarmerie in Quimper as well as the one where I live ... they said it wasn't grounds for a complaint
I realized this by typing the email manuboucan@gmail.com into Google ... Google is your friend !!!
watch out!!! they are dogs!!! and with total impunity too ...
Easier to flick the guy who goes to work in the morning!!!

same today with "glouis14@gmail.com" who claims to be Bruno Guy Louis.
His first email:
"Hello, I am Mr. Bruno Louis residing in France, I would like to ask you to contact me if your computer is still for sale. Have a nice day."
His second:
"Thank you first for taking the time to respond to me.
I want to pay you with PayPal given the large amount at stake.
For delivery, it will be through Chronopost Express.
I am eagerly awaiting your response as your ad has really convinced me."
His third:
"Here are my details / Bruno Guy Louis 12 Avenue Gabriel Péri 95100 Argenteuil TEL. 0622236676 [I have a problem with SFR so my line is interrupted, it should be reactivated on Monday or Tuesday]"
Following this, I asked him for the transfer to my PayPal account, and I received a payment pending, but I have to provide the tracking number... etc
After receiving emails from so-called PayPal that were a bit strange, I looked closely on our dear friend Google.
I really think it’s a scam so no shipping of course!!!
Be careful as copies of PayPal are really misleading!!

I put a laptop for sale online and I received two offers that seem suspicious to me. The first is from someone named "maxime zakari (zakarimax@gmail.com)" who claims to be outside of France at the moment and wants me to ship the laptop to Côte d'Ivoire with payment via PayPal. The second is the infamous "glouis14@gmail.com" who hasn't replied to me yet.
Is there a way to turn these scammers' attempts against them?

He wanted to buy a HP desktop computer worth €798 but I saw the scam coming from afar, even though I went to the post office to send it. I told him that I couldn't send the computer to Ivory Coast and asked him for an address in France. He told me he knew his girlfriend, here are the details "ok I have the address of a friend in Paris.

The name is: Johane Kouman." So be careful with this address too, he is located in 57 valltirry@gmail.com
