Phone Ownership Number

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone has a trick to find out the name of the owner and/or the place of origin of these two phone numbers (landline or mobile, I don't know): one is 4178931**** and the other is 4176991****.

    Apparently, from what I read in forums, 41 is indeed the dialing code for Switzerland: but which city corresponds to the three numbers (I had forgotten one):
    41 78 931***
    41 79 494****
    41 76 591****

    Three different codes: 76, 78, 79

      Apparently yes (according to what I could read in the forums), it would be Switzerland, but which city has the area code 78?
