Bonjour,

le pc est un portable sous xp sp2
intel core 2 duo T7250 2go de ram
carte graphique 8600m gt

le soucis est que l'ordi rame enormement .... un peu plus de 5 minutes pour l'allumer et pouvoir acceder au bureau!!!!!! et apres a chaque nouvelle application que j'ouvre ca prend des plombes

l'anti virus été avast, je suis entrain de changer pour mettre avira antivr (license gratuite)
j'ai fait un ccleaner
je suis entrain d'ecécuter une analyse en ligne bitdefender

désolé il n'a rien trouver qui puisse expliquer ton problème deamnde sur le forum windows je sais qu'il existe des logiciels pour optimiser windows mais j'en utilise pas et je les connais pas très bien tu peux leurs dire que la désinfectionà été faite ; sinon tu peux essayer de faire un nettoyage du registre avec easycleaner http://www.6ma.fr/tuto/easycleaner-nettoyer-windows-des-elements-obsoletes/

je ne reviens que maintenant mais je suis désolé!

Bon j'ai exécuté un nettoyage du registre avec easycleaner mais rien n'y a fait!

toujours ce probleme de pc qui n'avance pas!

au demarrage je vois passer 56 fois le chenillard vindows xp devant mes yeux, puis une page noire de 25 secondes avec l'image bleu avec ecrit bienvenue et encore une attente d'une minute avant de pouvoir faire la moindre chose sur le bureau!!!!


je suis vraiment embeté que faire svp ! merci beaucoup

bonjour, tu vas passer usbfix pour voir si lui il trouve pas une anomalie , merci

# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.


Télécharge et install UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

# Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

je pense pas que le problème soit viral car la aussi rien !! tu fais un nettoyage disque et une défragmentation et si le problème persiste je pense qu'il faudra demander sur la page windows car perso je vois plus !!

.sur l'onglet Général
.Cliques sur le bouton nettoyage de disque
.Et puis sur OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

Vérifications des erreurs :

.Cliques droit sur poste de travail
.cliques sur ouvrir
.cliques droit sur le disque C
.sur Propriétés
.sur l'onglet Outil
.et puis sur Vérifier maintenant
. une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases :
.réparer automatiquement les erreurs
.rechercher et tenter une récupération
.cliques sur Démarrer, et ok
Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis :

Défragmentation :

.cliques sur défragmenter maintenant, et OK
.une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter
.tu cliques sur analyser ,puis après l'analyse
.sur défragmenter . et puis OK

bonjour, c'est bizare tu me mets un rapport RSIT pour voir mais je pense pas qu'il y est quelque chose sur le pc côté infection , mais bon on ne sait jamais , Merci

Télécharge ici : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

bon il y a une chose que je vais te faire virer avec otmoviet , et puis tu feras un nettoyage de registre et après un rédémarrage tu me dis !!

Télécharge OTMoveIt3 de OldTimer sur ton Bureau en cliquant sur ce lien :

http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en GRAS entre les deux traits ici-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".

Clique sur "Exit" pour fermer.

Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles sous le nom xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.log .

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.
