simple and urgent questions:
1 - Is a PayPal account subject to seizure by a bailiff, tax authorities, etc.?
2 - Can salaries, pensions, and income be transferred directly to PayPal without going through a traditional bank?

    A PayPal account is not an offshore account; tax authorities, creditors, etc. can access it just like all your other bank accounts.
