And yes, alas!

Visa electronics has been bought out. Their old line of remote controls has been completely replaced and they no longer provide any information on this subject http://www.visaelectronics.com/index.php?lang=francais

We memorize with the remote control, of course. But the button(s) to use depend on the TV.
For example, for some, you need to press the central button, for others you have to scroll down to a line "Memorize" before pressing the button that moves to the next page.

Global 8? Unknown.
For me, Global is Visaelectronics. There are 6 different models. The differences relate to the number of devices that can be controlled and/or their nature.

The code for the Pioneer brand is 0052.

The procedure on the Global Plus is:
Press the TV (or other) button
Press the code button
Enter the brand code
and press the "Power Off" button
As soon as it responds, stop and check if it corresponds well.

The device searches for the appropriate code for your device and memorizes it.

Hello,

The way to memorize the settings does not depend on the remote control but on the television.
So you need to check your TV's manual, it is probably explained there.

Okay, I don't have a manual for the TV either... But you mean that when I found the channel of my station with the remote, it's not with the remote that we save it? Ha! Mine is Global 8, is it the same as global 4?? Pfff, all this electronics is tiring... lol

I repeat, it does not depend on the remote control, but on the TV.

For example, a setting I just made about ten days ago on a Techwood TV for which there was no manual anymore.

To enter the menu, press the M (enu) button.
To navigate up and down a page in the menu, use the Up and Down arrows.
To make a setting, use the Right and Left arrows.
To save the setting you've just made, scroll down (or up) to the Save line and press the right arrow.
To move to the next page, press M again.

... but this is just an example!

Re, the menu button is not responding. It's by adding additional code that we access the least used functions, and once we have the menu, I do not have up and down or left and right arrows on my remote, I have volume +, volume -, and program + and -. And a menu in the middle, which unfortunately does not respond.
