Hello, how do I capture the three legendary birds in Pokémon Diamond? Thank you for getting back to me quickly.

il faut avoir le Pokédex national et aller au parc Amis et tu verras le Pr. Chen, et après vol à Vestigion, va dans la maison en bas et tu verras le Pr. Chen qui te dira que les oiseaux sont dans Sinnoh.

You need to import them from the Fire Red or Leaf Green versions, once you have beaten the League in the Diamond (or Pearl) version and obtained the national Pokédex. At that point, the Friendship Park at the end of the road under the second city will be open.

No, this is an event to get Darkrai; the Membership Card (which the "Ranger" is supposed to give you) needs to be distributed, which is not the case at the moment, and unfortunately, it is not planned yet.

You cannot find them in Diamond; you have to import them from Leaf Green or Fire Red once you've beaten the league (they're not very hard to catch).
Alternatively, you can trade it with someone via Wi-Fi (I recommend sending in a pretty strong Pokémon for the trade) or you can cheat with Action Replay, which costs between 30 and 40 euros, and then you'll have all the Pokémon you want, including shiny ones if you want. There you go.

Yes and no, yes because they roam all over Sinnoh and no because once in battle they are not very hard to catch when their health is in the red, it works with an Ultra Ball (that's how I caught them anyway).

Pour attraper les trois oiseaux légendaires, c'est tout simple ! Il te faut la Master Ball du départ. Après, tu vas à Bonville, à droite du Centre Pokémon, il y a une maison et dans cette maison, il y a un gars avec des lunettes. Tu lui parles et il va te demander d'attraper un Pokémon (par exemple, il va te demander d'attraper un Étourmi). Tu dois aller l'attraper et si tu as attrapé l'Étourmi avec une Pokéball, il va te donner 3 Pokéballs. Donc, si tu attrapes le Pokémon avec une Master Ball, tu as 3 Master Balls et tu attrapes les 3 oiseaux légendaires. Si tu as réussi, dis-le-moi s'il te plaît.

Pour les trois oiseaux légendaires, il faut avoir battu le Conseil 4 (L.P) pour avoir SULFURA, que l'on trouve dans la grotte argentée. Pour ELECTOR, on le trouve à la centrale de Kanto. Et pour ARTIKODIN, on le trouve sur l'île Écume.
