PROBLEME AVEC FIREFOX PORTABLE

Bonjour,
j'ai installé firefox portable sur mon disque dur ext, un tvix 3100 (ou dvico m-3100u, appelé comme vous voudrais).
et qd je le branche sur le pc sur lequel je souhaite l'utilisé, il ne se connacte pas du tout a internet, il me met un message d'erreur:

qu'est ce que ca peut etre d'après vous???
a noter que j'utilise le pc de mon travail. (avec des droits d'administrateur a la con bien sur lol)
