Hello
I have configured Avira AntiVir version 9, and there has been a window appearing for a while now, Luke Filewalker. What does that correspond to?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

At Antivir Luke Filewalker, it's the window that analyzes:
    - a file you chose to analyze by right-clicking
    - the system

    Can't you click on it?

If so, I don’t know how to remove it or how to stop analyzing this file!!!

I launched it. It lasted almost an hour, it scanned my hard drive to check for viruses.

So what? What's happening? You're bringing up a topic that seems to have been abandoned; we haven't heard anything in a while.

I can't remove it permanently either. Moreover, my computer is quite slow, and it slows it down even more.

Let the window Luke Filwalker perform the analysis fully and it will remove itself automatically.

If you just installed the latest version of Avira, then it's normal, the antivirus is doing a preventive scan, we can say!

If you let it run, it will finish the scan and will not reappear.

Anyway, I can't close the window because the system won't let me.
But I wonder if the analysis is taking place or not, because the % always stays at zero.
And when the window opens, it stays on all day until I turn off the computer...
      Is this normal? Thank you.

Hello, I also have this window that opened by itself. A scan had started. I clicked on stop and everything went back to normal... good luck to you.

After analyzing the files with Luke FileWALKER, there are 4 warnings in the virus column, and I can't figure out what these warnings mean. What should I do?

Yes, uninstall Avira completely, then download AntiVir Personal here

but before reinstalling it, download CCleaner, install it on your desktop, then launch it!

Once launched, click on "Registry," then click on "Scan for Issues," and finally click on "Fix Selected Issues" (Repeat this process until there are no more issues; 2 or 3 times should be enough, I think).

Does this window appear when you perform a particular action?
Do you stop the PC and restart it, and do you still have this window??
