I love yaoi, but I haven't seen much; there's also Gravitation, which you might not know, and Gakuen Heaven :D
bof Gakuen Heaven is really boring, I don't even consider it shounen ai Oo otherwise Sensitiv Pornograph is a must-see yaoi for sure ;D even though there are only two stories (while there are more in the manga) I never get tired of it >v< but it's not as hardcore as Pico to Chico, and I don't really like that kind of stuff because it's not serious like that u_u it's shota

To read yaoi in English, there's "AnimeA," which is great, with over 100 titles ranging from soft to hard. Recently, the anime Sekaiichi Hatsukoi came out, and it's really cute (by the author of Junjou Romantica).
On AnimeA, you need to go to the manga list, and there you can set the type of manga you want to read (yaoi, yuri, action...) and that's it.
