Oui c'est surement une arnaque bien ficelée.
J'ai reçu il y a à peine 3 semaines la même proposition !
J'ai tenté l'expérience, 5 photos retenues , l'annonce du versement sur un compte, un e mail pour accéder à un compte avec un lien, un code d'accès mot de passe pour y accéder.
Ensuite un autre mail annonçant 520 pounds de frais de virement à régler avant l'opération de virement.
J'ai répondu de prélever les 520 pounds sur la totalité de la somme avant de virer le reste.
Plus de nouvelles !!!!

YAHOO UK is prepared to pay 500,000 Pounds to own the copyright of your five (5) photos for a period of three (3) years.The mode of payment of the 500,000 Pounds, meant for the ownership of your five (5) photos for three (3) years, will be done by a direct transfer of the money from the account of YAHOO UK, in the United Kingdom to your account at your location.
NOTE: Under the terms and conditions of this photo contract:
(i) After the purchase of your photos, you will not be able to resell the five photos to other companies, agencies or individuals, for the three years that the contract will span.
(ii) On behalf of Yahoo UK, i am reassuring you that your photos will not be mutilated in any way that will be derogatory to your personality.
(iii) During the period of the photo contract (3 years ) , you have the right to retain these five photos on your online portfolio, album and archive.
(iv) The 500,000 Pounds will be paid in full before the commencement of the contract.
(V) Your five (5) photos intended for purchase by Yahoo UK, does not have to be from your online portfolio only.You can equally sell photos from your other gallery, archive, album or offline collection.

Ensuite j'ai eu un genre de contrat, mais après analyse un ami a moi m'a dit que ce serait peut être du bluff (ce contrat).

Je m'appelle Ally et je suis avocat à Madrid. Mon frère m'a contacté hier car YAHOO UK lui a proposé une somme d'argent incroyable pour acheter ses photos de mode publiées sur internet. L'offre est donc similaire à la tienne.
cherchais sur internet davante d'information sur l'agence qui vous fait cette "offre" en représentation de YAHOO UK lorsque je suis tombée par hasard sur ton post. Cette "offre" qu'on vous fait a eu lieu il y a quelques jours, j'imagine que tu es dans le même cas que mon frère et moi: on se demande si c'est une harnaque.
Je ne suis pas spécialiste dans le domaine des droits de la propriété intelectuelle mais je vais consulter un collègue demain matin. La somme est frappante. J'ai demandé à l'agence de nous envoyé le contrat et le papier timbré dans lequel il est rédigé n'a pas réussi à me convaincre.

Afin que ceci n'arrive plus à d'autres personnes, je tiens à signaler que j'ai communiqué avec un avocat ainsi qu'un photographe professionnel du Royaume-Uni.
On m'a renseigné sur la fraude dont il est question. Des messages ou mails de ce genre sont des "spams" typiques d'internet où il est question d'obtenir les données bancaires de personnes naïves qui ne sont pas au courant des prix normaux qui existent dans le marché de photos de mode professionnel. On abuse ainsi de la crédulité d'honnêtes gens qui ne savent pas que les prix de photographies de ce genre sont 100 fois plus bas que les 500,000 pounds proposés.
Aussi, les prix sont toujours négotiés par les agences et les photographes ou, le cas échéant, par le représentant du modèle. En quelques mots, des photos ne sont pas si cheres, même s'il s'agirait de Kate Moss!
Voilà. Ne portez donc pas crédit à ce genre d'annonce.
