Probleme windows failed to start

Bonjour, je dispose d'un pc portable fujitsu sous vista de 2008
Mon probleme est que au demarage il m'affiche
"windows failed to start.a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem :

probleme je ne dispose pas du cd vista que puije faire de plus je n'ais pas les moyen financier pour le faire repare
