I would like to know how to remove the headrests from my Clio 3, so I can change the covers.

    Well, at the bottom of the headrest, there are the 2 metal rods that go towards the seat.

    Above the seat, is there not a piece of plastic that surrounds the metal?

    If so, is there a way to press somewhere on it?
