Bonjour,
en faite mon pb est le plantage des logiciels sur vista comme IE firfox parfois par et tune up utilities 2009 ce dernier ne veut pas smarcher malgres que je le reinstaller et toujours il est bloquer ne repond pas et meme le word aussi je sais pas ce quoi le pb mon anti virus et avast autre chause les amis les gadhet aussi sont bloqué il n'apparaissent pas il apparet que des trait blanc bon voici le rapport avec hijackthis

BONJOUR,
Desactiver l'UAC: controle de compte d'utilisateur

1)Cliquer sur le menu démarrer puis sur Panneau de configuration >> Comptes d'utilisateurs >>comptes d'utilisateurs (une 2ème fois),.
2)clique sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs:
3)Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvre,Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur puis OK:
4)Une demande s'affiche si vous voulez redémarrer votre ordinateur, clique sur redémarrer maintenant

->Enregistre-le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

!! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours !!

( Si ton anti-virus s'affolle au moment de l'enregistrement ou de l'utilisation de l'outil , ignore l'alerte ...)

-> Clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installe de l'outil . Ne touche surtout pas aux paramètres d'installation.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci " FindyKill " qui est sur ton bureau .

-->choisis l'option 1 ( recherche ). Puis laisse travailler l'outil sans rien toucher ...

Une fois terminé, poste le rapport FindyKill.txt qui est généré ...

( Note : le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque -> C:\FindyKill.txt )

PS : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus

Bonjour,
branches toutes tes sources externes (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur MP3, etc) sans les ouvrir
--> Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton Bureau.

--> Au menu principal, choisis l'option 2 (Suppression).

/!\ Il y aura un redémarrage, laisse travailler l'outil jusqu'à l'apparition du message "nettoyage effectué" /!\

--> Ensuite, poste le rapport FindyKill.txt

Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque

bonjour l'ami non y'a pas une amélioration au contraire aujourd'hui quand j'ai démarrer mon pc il m'est affiché un message qui dit que je doit enregistré le vista et que je dois acheter un autre clé malgré que ma version n'est pas pirater vendu avec le pc et dans le message il me dit que ca peut être du a un logiciel malveillant
