I just tried, but the code requested by the phone must be 8 digits long, whereas there are 13 on the card.

On your chip, on the back of the card. Or on the card where you removed the chip. Good luck.

Personally, I found it on the small paper support where the plastic holder of the SIM card is attached.
For Orange at least, the PUK code is displayed on that small paper, not the plastic holder, so take a good look!

Call your operator and prepare the last three numbers you called, and then you will give them to your operator's service.

But in the phone guide it says "this code was sent to you along with your mobile package"...
