How to download games on my mp4/mp5?

Hello,
I bought an mp4, mp5 on eBay and I would like to know how to integrate games into it.
What are the formats for the games? Are they the same as those for an iPhone classic?
The manual is not in French so it's not easy.
Thank you for your help, I really need it.
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.8

It's simple, you go on software like ARES and you type "nes" (that's the format for mp4 mp5 games)
and you find plenty of bundles of 1000 games to download.

Moi aussi j'ai un MP5 Sony. J'ai trop cherché sur internet mais je n'ai rien trouvé. Qui peut m'aider s'il vous plaît ! Et pour formater le MP5, c'est trop facile, il suffit d'aller à Poste de travail et tu trouves ton MP5 branché. Tu cliques à gauche de la souris et tu trouves Formater. Merci de votre aide !

il faut que tu aies WinRAR et que tu téléchargements sur http://romhustler.net/download/snes/57 et que tu l'ouvres avec WinRAR, puis que tu prennes le fichier blanc et que tu le copies sur MP5 sur NES.
