Bonjour,

J'ai chopé un virus en exécutant un programme. Antivir et ZA ne démarrent plus. ça me dit que se sont des applications non valides de Win32. Quand je redémarre l'ordi parfois la souris ne fonctionne plus. Et j'ai déjà essayé d'envoyer 2 fois ce message mais le serveur ne répond plus.

S'il vous plait, pourriez-vous m'aider ? Si j'arrive à envoyer ce message, ce sera deja bien. J'espère pouvoir lire vos réponses.

Ben non j'avais avast avant mais j'ai changé pour antivir... Mon ordi allait très bien avant que je chope ce ver. Depuis ça va, mis a part que le bureau met trop longtemps a apparaitre...

Oui c'est tout bon... A part le bureau qui s'affiche pas vite et la souris qui marche une fois sur 2 mais je verrais ça demain. Merci encore

C’est re-moi, avec mon problème de bagle. En fait, ils sont toujours là les méchants… Voici pour rapport d’Antivir. Je les ai mis en quarantaine... Accepterais-tu de continuer à m’aider ?

Pas de soucis, tout est dans la restauration du système.

Désactive et réactive ta restauration système afin de la purger.
Démarrer > clic droit sur Poste de travail, Propriétés, onglet Restauration du système > Désactiver la restauration du système, puis Appliquer et ok, ok.
(N'oublie pas la manipulation inverse pour la réactiver immédiatement).

Tu supprimes tout ce qui est dans la quarantaine.
