EBP ACCOUNTING CHANGE OF COMPUTER

Hello,
I just transferred EBP accounting to a new computer, I backed everything up and transferred it. The folders appear fine but I can't open them. I just contacted EBP and of course, I need a one-year support... for just a piece of information, it's just unbearable!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,

    I had the same problem as you and I'm solving it right now. I don’t know if it’s too late for you, but this will help others too.

    I have EBP COMPTA 2003
    I wanted to reinstall my accounting software on another computer and I got a message:
    "Pervasive - CCI Component - Microkernel" I don't remember the exact message anymore.

    I found the solution thanks to my research on the internet. I followed advice from various sources.

    Pervasive is a software that installs automatically in Program Files. (I don't know why or how.)

    - On the installation CD EBP 2003, there is no file or directory for Pervasive, nor on my previous computer.
    - On a recent EBP CD (2009 but also 2006), I found this directory: EBP/PRODUITS/OUTILS/ PERVASIVE V8 WGE
    - From the CD, I copied the entire PERVASIVE V8 WGE directory (not everything is probably necessary, but I was afraid of missing any essential files)
    - On my new computer, I pasted this directory,
    - then I clicked on Setup.exe and installed this software (EBP/PRODUITS/OUTILS/PERVASIVE V8WGE/Setup.exe)

    I believe there is an installation help for this software at EBP: Install Pervasive Poste à Poste (PDF) http://www.ebp.com/download/downloadstruct.aspx?ID=2248&SID=510 but I didn't use it.

    - I shut down the computer, I restored my accounting file.
    - I shut down the computer again and when I restarted, it finally worked. VICTORY

    In Program Files, I now have 2 programs for PERVASIVE.
    A relief, and thank you to everyone who helps on the internet.
