I don't know you, and I will not sent to you a scan of the receipt. Do you have the right to monitor my computer without my knowledge? I am sure you don't. Do you have the right to refuse to help me to remove your spyware? I have not been warned that I will have spyware on my computer. Please indicate me the procedure to remove rpcnet.exe without giving you my serial number, or any other personal information. Otherwise I'll forward your message on the forums that talks about this process, and also transmit it to the authority in effect for the protection of consumers. Cordially,
