American football can be practiced from the age of 15, I believe! But you can play Flag (non-contact American football). At the Carvin Lions near Lens, we play both American football and Flag, and a 10-15 section has just opened!!

There you go, we are 3rd in the regional Flag rankings, and for American football, it's coming ^^ -
9 years is a flag, at 14 you can be in a US football team :D

Uh...! You can start at around 9 years old in the Benjamin category!! I'm not sure if it's 9 years or younger (I'm sorry)
I play for the Météores in Fontenay-sous-Bois!! A great team. As for the north, I don't know, but I can find out. There you go, I hope I helped you. Goodbye. -
I am with the white wolves of Choisy-le-Roi and it starts from the age of 15, but before that there's the flag.

Je suis Sabri, 17 ans, et je joue à Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône dans le 95. J'ai joué contre la mairie de Fontenay-sous-Bois et nous avons gagné 36 à 29.

Cyprien, it would be so much easier and more effective if you went directly to the manager of the club closest to your home!
