Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours j'ai des pages publicitaires qui s'installent alors que je n'ai rien demandé à personne et je ne trouve pas, j'ai bien supprimé quelques logiciels qui me posent un doute, mais je pense que c'est la BDD qui est infectée, je n'ose y toucher.
Si je pouvais avoir de l'aide.

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer l'anti-virus, je n'ai pas bien compris, d'abord, je l'ai installé dans un dossier dans program files, ensuite je suis allé dans le dossier "basic" et cliqué au hasard sur "presetup" c'est le seul qui a accepter de s'ouvrir, ça s'est installé, mais le problème c'est que c'est tout en anglais, j'y comprends rien.
De plus j'ai un truc qui cherche à s'installer "HPIZ plus 450" je clique à chaque fois sur "cancel", je ne sais pas ce que c'est.
Voilà un rapport, je ne sais pas si c'est le bon.

Tu peux désinstaller puisque tu n'as plus le périphérique HP. Ton PC va bien ?

* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage.
* Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs (Sauvegarde la base de registre).

En ce qui concerne le navigateur, j'utilise Mozilla Firefoxe de manière générale, et IE7, Safari ou google chrome, à titre exceptionnel pour tester des sites spip) sur lequel je travaille occasionnellement.
