Logitech EX110 keyboard problem

Hello everyone,

I just bought a Logitech ex110 wireless keyboard/mouse set. The mouse connects fine to the receiver but not the keyboard. It seems the keyboard is not detected by the receiver. The batteries are new. the drivers are up to date (latest version downloaded). I tried connecting via PS/2 port as well as USB... nothing works, the keyboard remains inactive. Of course I have followed the manufacturer's recommendations regarding radio interference and the procedure, etc...

Is it a hardware failure or is there a workaround? Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks in advance for your responses....

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.7

Does it appear in Device Manager???

No, because this happened to me once with my cordless desktop MX3000 (wireless keyboard and mouse set), and after repeatedly pairing the keyboard at each PC startup, my keyboard ended up not connecting. I returned it under warranty and it was replaced. And for the past 2 years there have been no problems. So I’m afraid that’s what you’re going to have to do if it appears in Device Manager.
