Logitech K260 Keyboard Issue

Hello,

I have a brand new Logitech K260 wireless keyboard, but I'm already having an issue with it – some keys have suddenly stopped working.

The key with the "greater/less" signs and the "e with accent aigu" no longer respond. They were working yesterday during my first use, but not anymore. I've already unplugged everything several times, it even worked briefly, but now, nothing works...

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

    since it is new, the best thing is to get it replaced.
