Wow: quests are no longer showing up.

Hello,
I play WoW. Unfortunately, my quests that used to show up on my map no longer appear. I usually use Questhelper. I downloaded the latest version and since then I haven't seen anything. I also downloaded versions starting from 0.48 to see if it was a version issue, but nothing came up either.

No issues with my other add-ons
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

      Otherwise, which server are you on?

        No, I tried several Questhelper from the oldest to the newest and nothing worked.
        But I think it’s at the menu level of Questhelper between enabled and disabled that there might have been some mishandling.
        Otherwise, if by server you mean which realms, I have several characters on several realms.
