virus ou pas ? Résolu

Question

Bonjour a toutes et a tous,
mon ordi se bloque lorsque je fais une analyse antivirus ,donc impossible de le nettoyer avec antivir .
ce genre de blocage m 'est déja arrivé il y a quelques mois avec un autre antivirus "spyware doctors " pour ne pas le citer et tous le monde me disait alors que ça provenait de cette antivirus de m....
mais force est de constater que le problème est ailleurs !
j 'en recours donc a vous spécialiste en la matière pour une nouvelle désinfection ,suite a la première mes problèmes avaient disparu jusqu' a aujourd' hui .

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

je viens de faire un scan en ligne avec panda et même blocage qu' avec les autres antivirus au bout d 'environ 30 min .je n' était pas sur la page donc je n 'ai pas vu sur quel fichier ça s 'est arrêter, pareil pour antivir .

pas moyen de voir sur quel fichier ça bloque ,sur les 3 dernières analyses que j 'ai faites j 'ai eu un "crash blue screen " suivi d 'un redémarrage de l 'ordi après un chargement jusqu 'a 100 dumping physical mémory ou quelque chose comme ça .

je viens de faire ça ,même blocage ,le fichier sur lequel c 'est arrêter le scan est

c 'est bizarre car ça fait longtemps que j 'ai ce jeu et il n y avait pas de problème a ce moment la ,enfin ça fait 2 ou 3 mois que je l 'ai et mes anciens problèmes du même genre remonte a 5 ou 6 mois .
au redémarrage  il a voulu scanné l intégrité du volume des disques ou qqchose comme ça mais j 'ai passé cette étape ça ne donne jamais rien .

bonsoir ,j ai réussi a finir cette analyse en supprimant ce fichier mais j 'ai quand même des doutes ,pourquoi est ce qu 'un fichier auquel je n 'aurai pas touché depuis des mois se mettrai tout d 'un coup a bloqué le système ? c 'est pas normal ,il y a autre chose la dessous ?

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 


télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

et enregistre le sur le bureau. 


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

je sais pas je ne m 'en sers jamais .apparemment c 'est un lecteur HD DVDROM ,soit il s 'est installé lorsque j ai installé DivX converter ou alors c 'est le lecteur de daemon tools .
je ne sais comment vérifier cela .

ouai il a pas bloqué net depuis quelques jours mais maintenant c 'est certaines pages web qui rame bien voir totalement ,il ne m 'a jamais fait ça ,ya un début a tout tu me dira :D
sinon d 'après spybot j 'ai un keylogger ,que  j'ai installé pour voir ce que c 'était ,mais bon j 'ai rien compris donc je vais peu être le viré

nan ,mais en créant un nouveau profil firefox avec les paramètres par défaut j 'ai réussi a ouvrir une autre session .dans le profil précedant j 'avais insérer le dossier de sauvegarde des marques pages que j 'avais fait comme c 'est ecrit dans le tutoriel mais ça a planté ,faut que je trouve autre chose parceque la j 'ai la haine d 'avoir perdu mes sites.
j ai lancé le scan superantispyware

et aussi ma page d 'acceuil sur internet explorer a changer sans que je m 'en rende compte ,je tombe sur xeoo.com ,bizarre ...

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Ferme tous tes navigateurs (donc copie ou imprime les instructions avant)

Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau > Nouveau > Document Texte, et copie dedans les lignes suivantes :

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFscript


Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscrïpt sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.


Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

et voila une semaine plus tard me revoilà !!
avec 3 nouveaux bug dans la journée de firefox le soi disant meilleur navigateur ...
redemarrage obligé du système pour pouvoir réouvrir firefox suite a un bug,
j 'ai quelque doute sur le site deezer car il m ouvre des fenêtres de pub et en plus il déconne  ,
j ai analysé avec antivir et superantispyware et fais le ménage avec ccleaner mais ça ne change pas ,
aussi il y a quelque jour j ai télécharger(comme un con ) speed downloader et spybot n 'était pas  du tout content ,bref je connais pas exactement la cause .

oui je sais mais part moment jme laisse aller a force de voir de la pub .
d 'ailleur ça me joue des tours ,aujourd 'hui je reçoit un mail de pc tool pour me dire qu 'il avait renouveler mon abonnement a registry mechanic (et oui je sais j 'ai encore déconné me tapé pas svp) alors que ça fait belle lurette que je l 'ai désinstaller .
bref 30 euros dans le c.. encore !!
