Hello, the same thing happened to me: 30 minutes with 3214 from Bouygues!! After half an hour on the phone with customer service, I managed to get half of the 22 euros for extra charges refunded!!
Uggghhh what a hassle!!!!! They drove me crazy!!

Hello everyone.
I just discovered the same thing upon receiving my bill.

3214=call.

To say, I realized there was an overbilling during this month's Bouygues (consumption info) and they weren't even able to explain where it came from.
On my side, I have a letter to customer service in Noailles planned for tonight.

23.67 euros for the joke.

Like everyone else, I am very angry.

Disgusting.

Only handwritten mail remains for Bouygues in Noailles (customer disputes department).

Hello everyone,
I just realized that I have the same issue with my detailed bill. I have never called 3214, this number does not appear in my call history on my phone, and yet I was charged around €8 for 10 minutes...

Hello everyone,

I received 45.69 euros from special numbers, so I called Bouygues to know the reason. They told me to request a detailed bill, which cost me 7 euros, and it shows the number 3214 that I supposedly called twice on March 6 for 30 minutes and 30 seconds, even though I never dialed that number and it doesn't appear in my call log either. I called them again, and they told me they didn't know what that number was, lol. I'm really annoyed and I'm worried about my future bills.

Good evening,

The same thing happened to my friend.
Billing of 30 minutes outside the plan with the number 3214 even though she never made this call and couldn't have made it since she didn't even have her phone in hand when it happened.
As a result, 25 euros out of plan.
We complained to Bouygues telecom customer service but they told us to write to the dispute department.
Have you received any responses to your complaints?
Is there a group that has formed to claim something?

Me too. On my bill from 28.02.12, there is an amount of €8.19 for a 3214 call that supposedly took place on Sunday, January 15 at 9:49 PM, while every Sunday evening I am in a poker tournament, so obviously my phone is turned off in my pocket.
To be sure, I checked my call log: of course, there was no call on the evening of January 15, nor on other days to 3214.
Pure theft by BOUYGUES TELECOM if I go by the numerous messages!!

Hello, I'm facing the same problem as all of you. I wanted to file a complaint with the gendarmerie, who advised me to send a registered letter, which I did. I received a response from Bouygues stating that they would refund half of the bill, about 25 euros. I will send another registered letter requesting the refund of the other half, so block the direct debit and pay the amount of your subscription by check; this is legal since you accepted it that way. More impact on the scam.

Bonjour, je relance le post car moi j'ai été prélevé de 1,35 euro de hors forfait pour un appel non passé mais reçu. Le numéro est un 0660...... Donc pensant que c'était un ami, j'ai répondu et hop, hors forfait ! Je trouve ça scandaleux !!! J'ai suivi votre méthode pour le 3214 dans le répertoire, moi c'était écrit renvoi et j'ai trouvé ce fameux numéro. Je suis dégoûté totalement.

I am in the process of taking legal action against Bouygues. On December 31, I received a withdrawal of 450 euros related to my landline bill, but the problem is that I have never bought one, so I don't have a landline -__-
and these idiots keep insisting that if calls were made, then I must have called. In reality, the person who took my landline number managed to reach me, and it turns out that this lady subscribed to a plan 10 days prior, so I think they just gave her my phone line!! Furthermore, when this lady checks her bill, she still has another landline number listed, so we don't even know how many people are involved in this story, but Bouygues Telecom will hear from me!!!

Even I have a problem with my bill; there are charges for international SMS and I have never sent international SMS, plus I don't even recognize the numbers on the bill.
