Windows bloquer par un virus Trojan

J'aurai besoin de votre aide si vous plais j'ai un gros probleme avec windows suite a une coupure de courant je ne peu plus rien faire sur mon ordi seul msn fonctionne encore j'ai comme message d'erreur

en cherchan sur le internet j'ai appris que ceux ci et un virus un nouveau cheval de troie nommé trojan j'ai eu ses information dans le lien suivant
