Hello,
I own GTA 4 on PC and I've finished all the missions but I can't unlock certain achievements...
For example:
- "It rolls, my chick" you need to unlock the ability to call a helicopter. But how do I do that???
- or "For the bomb, hit two" but I don't know how to do it :)
Please help me!!!

So, since I'm tired of hearing noobs talk like "it's all good, my chicken", this is the pigeon trophy (that's wrong).
For your information, I finished the game at 100% and I have all the trophies except one: Wanted Dead or Alive (having 5,000,000 dollars online, I'm at 2,700,000). I've accumulated over 60 hours of gameplay.
Next:
The trophy you get when you kill the 200 pigeons is "Endangered Species".
To get the trophy "It's all good, my chicken", you need to have around 80% friendship with Brucie. As soon as you have about 80% friendship with Brucie, you can call him and he can come pick you up in a helicopter wherever you want and drive you around.
To get the trophy "For the bomb, press two", you need to have Packie at about 80% friendship. This trophy allows you to call Packie and place a bomb somewhere.
Trophies and achievements are the same except that achievements is for XBOX 360 and trophies is for PS3.
If you don't know Packie and Brucie, progress a bit in the story and you'll get to know them soon.
To increase friendship with your friends, you need to hang out with them, call them to go eat, drink, or go bowling.
To know what percentage of friendship you have with your friends, press start, statistics, and check what percentage you are friends with Packie and Brucie.
There is also a trophy called "Personal Supplier" that you can obtain by having around 80% friendship with Little Jacob.

This success is very easy. You just have to call Brucie (helicopter tour) several times and after you have more than 75 percent, you win the trophies.

For "that's cool my chick," you need to have 75% friendship and 100% respect with Brucie. For the bomb, it's the same but with Packie.

For the first one, you just need to call Brucie from time to time to invite him to go to a restaurant, etc.

Salut, j'ai vu que vous parlez de certains succès, ce n'est pas du tout ça. Il faut avoir un certain pourcentage avec tes amis, c'est trop simple à faire. Tu appelles Roman, Brucie, Little Jacob, Dwayne et Packie, tu sors au club, au resto, etc. Une astuce pour faire grimper l'amitié à 90% à tous comme ça, ça te fait 4 trophées sans trop forcer. À plus, bon jeu.

80% friendship with Brucie: Helicopter (it's all good, my chicken)
80% friendship with Little-Jacob: Weapons (personal supplier)
80% friendship with Roman: Taxi (uh, I can't remember the name of the achievement, sorry ..)
to check your friendship percentage, go to pause ==> statistics ==> general ==> scroll down a bit and you should see: % friendship Roman: ...
% respect Roman: ...
% of missions Roman: ...

I'm not happy about it because I can't get all the trophies because I don't have an internet connection on my PS3, so it's quite unfair.
How can I set up the internet connection? It detects my Neufbox, but when I test the connection, it says:
"internet connection error"
Please check your internet connection settings
So it really gets on my nerves.

To connect your PS3 to the internet is not difficult, at least for me (Orange)
two possibilities: either by cable with easy network settings
or Wi-Fi with personal settings
