Bonjour,
Cela fait longtemps que j'utilise Trend Micro comme antivirus mais depuis peu, mon windows vista affiche une petite fenêtre toutes les 5 minutes dont le titre est : "Détection d'un boîte de dialogue de services interactifs". Sur cette fenêtre il y a un lien qui fait basculer vers un écran blanc où est affiché une fenêtre d'erreur : "TmProxy.exe a rencontré une erreur ..." une fois ce message d'erreur fermé, ma connexion internet est coupée ... et je dois redémarrer l'ordinateur pour la retrouver. Avez vous une explication ou une solution à m'apporter ?

bon finalement j'ai trouver la réponse de par moi memme. merci google. La voila pour les interessés.
vérifié si vous n'avez pas 2 fichier de trend micro ou de securité system. ensuite suivés ceci.
to do:
1. Click Start. Click Computers > Hard Disk C > Program Files > Trend Micro > Internet Security
2. Double-click on PCCTOOL.exe, it is a life saver icon.
3. A window will appear, Click Uninstall tab.
4. Click Uninstall Firewall.
5. Click OK. Then it will ask you to restart the computer.
1. Click Start. Click Computers > Hard Disk C > Program Files > Trend Micro > Internet Security
2. Double-click on PCCTOOL.exe, it is a life saver icon.
3. A window will appear, Click Uninstall tab.
4. Click Install Firewall.
5. Click OK. Then it will ask you to restart the computer.
1. Click Start
2. Type Run (For XP) / Start Search (For Vista)
3. Type services.msc
4. Look for Trend Micro Proxy Service
5. Right click on it. Then click Properties
6. Set Start up type to “Manual”
7. Click Apply
8. Click on Log On tab. Uncheck the "Allow service to interact with desktop"
9. Click OK
10. Close the Services window.
11. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
voila.
