Probleme de son

Bonjour,

J'ai de gros soucis de son avec mon ordinateur portable et je dois vous avouer que je ne suis pas tres douee en informatique...
Voila, je n'ai donc pas du tout de son et mon ordis me dit "qu'aucun diver son n'est installer". J'ai donc checher a l'installer en telechargeant EVEREST et voici le resultat:
