Virus Qui Bloque mes anti-virus - Page 2

J'ai installé antivir comme tu me la dit et j'ai toujours le même problème Guard ne veut pas démarrer et les mises à jours ne veulent pas se faire (Erreur ; Le planificateur n'a pas été démarré)

essaye ceci stp

Télécharge Zeb-Restore(par l'équipe de Zebulon.fr)

http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/zeb-restore.html

enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau.

- Clic droit Zeb-Restore.zip ==> Extraire tout choisis comme lieu d'enregistrement le bureau.
- Ouvre le dossier ZR_1.0.0.37 ==> double clic sur Zeb-Restore.exe
- Coche la case devant :clés Run
- Ne coche aucune autre case
- Clique sur Restaurer
- Redémarre ton PC+++

Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Je vient de découvrir que mon problème ne s'étend pas qu'à mes anti-virus, ainsi Itunes refuse de s'installer et me dit ce message d'erreur " Echec du démarrage du service Service de l'iPod ( iPod Service ). Vérifiez que vous disposez des privilèges suffisants pour démarrer les services système."

Voila, je me rend alors dans les Services et aperçoit le "Service Antivir", ce dernier étant à l'arrêt, j'essaye de le lancer et là nouveau message d'erreur: "Windows n'a pas pu démarrer le Service Avira antvir Guard... sur Ordinateur local. Erreur 5: Accès refusé.

Peut-être alors qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un virus?

En tout cas cela n'affecte pas seulement les anti-virus mais aussi Itunes.

* Clique droit sur OTCleanIt et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir
réouvre Findykill,

choisis cette fois ci l'option 2 (suppression)

il y aura 2 redémarrages, laisse travailler l'outils jusqu'a l'apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

essaye de lancer Antivir pour voir?

Non toujours rien antivirGuard refuse de se lancer de même que pour les mises à jours . De même que pour Itunes, le problème vient des services. Peut qu'il existe un virus ou un bug qui bloquerait les services?

- Clic droit Zeb-Restore.zip ==> Extraire tout choisis comme lieu d'enregistrement le bureau.
- Ouvre le dossier ZR_1.0.0.37 ==> double clic sur Zeb-Restore.exe
- Coche la case devant : Windows update
- Ne coche aucune autre case
- Clique sur Restaurer
- Redémarre ton PC+++
