Problem cash register xea-203

Hello,
I have a Sharp XEA-203 cash register. I programmed it correctly, it worked well for a week, and then one day when I tried to turn it on, it displayed "not assigned" and since then I can't enter anything, and I can't close my cash register at night. How can I unlock it? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, following a mishap, I can no longer do anything on my register and every time I touch it, it says "not assigned." What should I do please? Thank you.

Is this a sharp XE-A203??

So press the CL button, then the number 1, then the CLK button, and finally TL/NS...AND YOU'LL SEE IT :)

I’m using a touchscreen register with the Easy Delivery software, but the touchscreen isn’t working on any software. Could you help me? In the meantime, I'm managing with a computer mouse, but if you could help me, it would change my life. Thanks in advance!
