How to print in white on a colored background? Solved

Question

Hello,
I want to print a document on a dark (brown) background, and the text should be in white.
But there’s a mystery! How do I do that?
I have 2 cartridges (black/color) in the printer, but I must admit I'm stuck on this issue.

The answer to your question is simple, it's not possible. The different colors are obtained from mixing the printer's primary colors: red, blue, yellow, and sometimes black. No matter the possible combinations of these colors, you will never get white.

You just "forgot" to mention which software it is!

But for common office software, you choose white font color and a brown background (or fill), and you get exactly that on your sheet of paper!

It's like when you use a brush to apply white letters on a dark surface; same thing...

So it's very simple: Just choose a light yellow or light gray color; you won't see much on the screen, but it's the print that matters to you?

Hi, the issue is that the thickness of the ink won't cover the color of your support, so you'll end up with a derivative of the color of your sheet which will be a bit lighter, but not the desired color.

The best way is to create your invitation in a way that it can be printed on white paper.

but if you created your documents with a colored background and white text, you only need to 1- make the printer color 2- have the cartridges filled 3- print a page to see how it looks

you use WordArt, setting the text to white and the outline of the letters to black. This way, the white stands out on all colors.

Well, I actually have this problem at home, the writings come out white instead of black and without touching anything, but that's not what I want (obviously), so if you have the solution to make my writings black instead of white = I'm interested ;).
