Hello,

I bought this keyboard and it doesn't work! When I start the (laptop) computer, it recognizes the keyboard, no problem.
The installation of the provided software went smoothly, but when I launch "PVE performance," it tells me "no MIDI port has been detected" and it's the same everywhere!!!
What can I do???
Thanks a lot!

Greg
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.6

    Same problem!
I tried every way but nothing. Plus, we have to connect the keyboard before launching the program since the VE key is in the keyboard! Also, there is really NO valid documentation with the hardware.
I'm really frustrated because I was counting on this to finally be able to decipher some scores.
Thanks in advance if any help is possible.

you need to reinstall windows xp and then it works perfectly
    with a usb audio
otherwise xp thinks it's a composite input
do not install a usb video input or video input card
