Bonjour,
Mon disque dur a été fortement endommagé et la société qui répare l'ordinateur n'arrive pas à trouver le même disque à savoir : WESTERN DIGITAL 80 GIGA IDE MODEL WD800BB-00CAA1.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée sur qui serait susceptible d'avoir ce même disque ; cela permettra de faire une tentative de récupération des données

SUPER REACTIF ! merci de l'info ; le problème c'est qu'ils ne livrent pas en France ; j'ai quand même demandé un devis mais les envois outre atlantique etant extremement chers, je doute que la vente aboutisse alors si vous trouvez d'autres liens sur des vendeurs residant en France ou en Europe, je suis preneuse.

L'ordinateur est chez un réparateur qui me dit qu'il doit trouver le même disque dur ; il ne m'a pas expliqué comment il allait proceder ; la seule chose que je sais c'est que j'ai actuellement un disque dur endommagé et qu'il y a peut être une chance de récupérer les info que j'ai à priori perdues sur 1 de mes 2 disques puisque le 2eme est intact

sil te recupere tes donne c est qu il va ouvrir ton disque dur et mettre le disque dans un autre identique
quand c fait par des professionnel cest a dire en chambre sterile cela coute 1500 euros
si cest fait par un simple vendeur d ordinateur cela nest pas fait en chambre sterile et tu peux dire adieu a tes donnees du disque car il sera vraiment mort

merci de ta réponse ; j'ai trouvé 3 sociétés qui semblent sérieuses et qui proposent de le faire et voici leurs réponses qui pourront profiter à d'autres personnes en cas de panne similaire :

Je sais que trouver le bon disque est toujour le plus grand problème.
C'est pourquoi on répare en beaucoup de cas les pcb's brulée.
Evidemment on peut faire la récupération pour vous.
On fait toujours un devis.
Le devis est gratuit. Après le devis vous pouvez decider si on peut effectuer la récupération ou pas.
Vous pouvez choisir entre differents vitesses de récupération.
Prix: 4 semaines: entre 400 et 900 Euro + tva
2 semaines: entre 700 et 1100 Euro + tva
1 semaine: entre 900 et 1300 Euro + tva
48 heures: entre 1100 et 1700 Euro + tva
Pour des personnes privés les prix sont encore quelques centaines d'Euro plus bas

Finding this exact model is really hard as it has not been manufactured for about four years now. Also if U found one it would not guarantee it is compatible with yours.
We have this model, but we cannot sell it for parts for obvious reasons.
But we can help you recovering the data from your broken drive of course.
In such cases we cannot precisely estimate the price without evaluating the drive ourselves.
Generally I can provide you with a price range that will surely cover this job: 300-1000 eurs.
In some cases only the external board is damaged, in others the preamplifier circuit within the hard drive is burnt too that's why the wide price range.
The evaluation is basically free, there are two exceptions:
1. The hard drive labels are damaged (the dirve was opened before came to us): 80 eurs
2. If you need an urgent evaluation (within 1 working days): 80 eurs
Should You decide to send the drive to us for recovery, please don't forget to put your contacts inside the parcel and notify us uppon handing it over to the courier. Also it is essential to describe the most important files/folders' path in priority order. This latter can significantly effect the success rate of the recovery in some cases.

Burnt PCB is a very common desktop hard drive problem. Each modern drive has logic board that is unique for the drive it was manufactured with. Simple board swap from another drive is not sufficient for recovery and we have to adapt donor board to make it fully compatible with the original drive. Besides, heads might not be parked on the parking ramp and preamplifier chip on the headstack might be damaged because of the power strike and this requires cleanroom procedures to replace it. Data recovery in such case involves use of specialized equipment and knowledge of hard drive design. This quote will never go up. It's a final invoice price including all parts, cleanroom fees and labour. At any time you can cancel the job and we will ship the drive back to you at no charge in its original condition. Evaluation is free of charge. We guarantee full confidentiality of your data and of course we won't charge you anything unless we recover your files.
