J ai un lag bizarre sur mon ordi

Bonjour,

je voulais trouver une solution sans poster mais la je n en peut plus j ai besoin d un coup de main.

j ai un lag depuis pas mal de temps,je n arrive pas a trouver d ou ca vient.

c est tres bizarre, mon pc "vibre" toutes les 10 secondes lol.

cela arrive surtout quand je joue, au bout de 10 min en general.

jai deja tester pas mal de truc :changement materiel,formatage,nettoyage mais le bug est toujours la!!

aidez moi car la je sait plus quoi faire!!l lol

en plus je suis pas tres doue je l avoue...
