Hello,
I currently have the Ciel Gestion Co 5.4 software and I can't delete my product list!
It’s outdated and I would like to completely refresh it, how can I do that???
Can someone help me?
Every time I try to delete one of the items, a message appears stating that it is in use and therefore cannot be deleted!

Hello,
Indeed, if an item has been used in a commercial document, it cannot be deleted.
Possible solution: Start a new file, export the items from your current file, sort everything in Excel, for example, and reimport the cleaned article database (as well as the client databases, etc.) into the new file.
