Programming jumbo universal remote

Hello,
I just bought a Jumbo universal remote control and I can't program my Thomson TV and Hoher DVD player with it, and it doesn't offer any codes for these brands. Can someone help me? 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.5

    I'm sorry, I can't help you. I have the same problem but since January. Maybe you succeeded, so please let me know how you did it if you found a solution.
