One Tree Hill, Season 5 Episode 12: music?

Hello, good evening,

Could someone tell me what the music is in episode 12 of season 5 of One Tree Hill, playing during the wedding of Lindsay & Lucas? It starts when Carrie meets Jimmy in the bathroom and continues when Lindsay announces that she won't be marrying Lucas...
It's so fantastic...

        SO I’ve been trying to find this song for months, the first time I heard it was in a season of Grey's Anatomy!! And when I heard it again in One Tree Hill during Lucas and Lindsay's wedding, I quickly went online to rewatch the episode and listened to the lyrics in the background, then I wrote them down in a notebook and typed them into Google to search for the song!! It took me a long time! And I always do that when there's a song I like! But I don't know of any radio station that plays songs like that, sorry!! I go on Wikipedia and type in One Tree Hill, then I find the names of all their albums, and that's it!
