Aide pour débuguer programme d'albums photos

Bonjour,
Tout d'abord excusez-moi si ce message n'est pas posté à la bonne place :-/
Voilà j'ai utilisé le logiciel Tic Tac Photo pour réaliser un album photo numérique et après des jours et des jours de travail, il est impossible d'ouvrir le fichier. J'ai copié le message d'erreur (auquel je ne comprends rien...) ci-après.
Ca a peut-être son importance pour le débugage, l'installation du logiciel Tic Tac Photo a requis celle du Framework .NET
Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème où du moins à trouver les forums et personnes vers qui je peux me tourner ?
