TI83+ Binary, Hexadecimal, Octal Calculator Program

Question

Hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone knows of a program on the TI-83+ that can perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in binary, hexadecimal, and octal?

There are no functions directly in the calculator somewhere?

If it works like mine, you should have a "mode" for bin, hex, oct, dec, and to convert afterward, you should have somewhere in the catalog something like ->bin ->dec ->hex ->oct

Otherwise, I don't know.

Hello everyone.. I've been trying to find a very simple way to understand the binary system vs knowing from 0 to 6 and from a to @ f but I can't manage to do it. I would need simple comparisons, not necessarily in mathematical phrases. I believe that a comparative way related to life could help me understand the logic of these series. I understand that 0 + current does not pass and that 1 = current does pass, but how can we take it to understand a series of numbers that looks like the matrix???? I'm really stuck and I need to unblock this... I need to understand.... Thank you really for coming to my rescue :)

Hi, it's actually simple. For example:
if you have 1010011 in base 2 (often indicated by a 2 in parentheses next to the code)
the first one from the right is equal to 2^0 (^ for powers)
the second one from the right is equal to 2^1
the third one from the right is equal to 2^2
and so on....
the 0 means that there is none, so it's 0*something
the 1 means that there is one, so it's 1*something
so starting from the left:
(1*2^6)+(0*2^5)+(1*2^4)+(0*2^3)+(0*2^2)+(1*2^1)+(1*2^0)
so this equals 64+0+16+0+0+2+1=83
there you go, I hope I've been clear. Have a good evening! And don't forget the parentheses on a calculator!

I will give you examples  addition in the binary system 0+0=0 ,1+0=1 ,1+1=10,  subtraction  0-0=0;1-0=1, 1-1=0 ;0-1=11 multiplication 0*0=0; 1*0=0 ,1*1=1
