Hello,
I just tried to install a wireless keyboard and mouse, reference Labtec Wireless Desktop 1200.
It's impossible, my PC doesn't recognize the drivers from the CD, despite several attempts to connect the transmitter to the mouse or the keyboard, nothing happens, no response, no laser under the mouse, the keyboard is inactive.
The problem seems to be with the drivers, my PC doesn't recognize them. In the device manager, the hardware is marked as "unknown device" (and it's impossible to install the driver manually, the PC doesn't accept it).

Can you help me if you know the solution?
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.5

Hello

I have the same problem with the same equipment.
I can connect the mouse and keyboard to my work laptop, but I can't do it on my personal desktop.
So it's definitely a problem with the configuration or possibly a driver conflict.

To connect the base with the mouse and keyboard, you need to press the connect button on the base, and the act light blinks. At that moment, by pressing the connect buttons on the mouse and keyboard, they are recognized.

But on my desktop, the act button lights up when I press it but does not blink, so it doesn't detect anything.
I don't know why.

Does anyone know more about this?

Thanks.

Hello there!

I don't know if it's just me who has the "green thumb" in the electronic/computer sense, but I managed to find a pilot combination/compatibility mode/launch program as an admin... (I know... a bit long), and my keyboard worked!

Under XP, I'm no longer using combinations, but under Win7 I had to run everything in XPsp2 compatibility mode (if I'm not mistaken, it's sp3 otherwise) and as an administrator for the program. With that, at least the keyboard worked well.

I’m going to test it with XP.
