How to convert a zip file to .nds

Bonjour, comment fait-on pour transformer un fichier zip ou rar en .nds ? Sans logiciel, ce serait bien.

Et si quelqu'un connaît mieux comment faire pour transférer des jeux de son ordinateur vers sa R4 avec le clé USB. 
Configuration : Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Basically, check your .rar file to see if you have any *.nds files.
