Hello, for some time now, I've been seeing a new process called ctfmon.exe, and when I check with Spybot what starts up with the computer, I see ctfmon.exe which has the summary: useless, spyware, malware, etc. (everything that's not good)...
And yet, the website states that this process is safe.
Who should I believe?
Goodbye and take care!

Good evening,
indeed it's a Windows system process and like all executables, it's susceptible to viral infection.. but anyway! let's stay calm - on Microsoft's own site, they suggest some very slight modifications to this function (do they have doubts too? lol)

on most optimization sites, we read this
*Ctfmon.exe (CTF Loader) Security Risk (0-5) : 0 <-- ah! still..
this process belongs to Windows XP / Office XP and provides the "Alternate User Text Input Processor" (TIP) and the Microsoft Office language bar. If you want to gain some extra resources, try neutralizing this process. * <-- whereas basically Microsoft advises against it...... ??
there you go @+ waiting for other opinions maybe :-)
