Open proxy found on your host

En me connectant sur deux serveurs irc via miRC aujourd'hui, j'ai eu la surprise de constater que j'avais un open proxy:

je suis donc allé sur http://www.njabl.org/cgi-bin/lookup.cgi?query=81.220.66.xxx pour avoir plus d'informations et effectivement, la sentence c'est confirmée:

81.220.66.xxx is listed as an open proxy in dnsbl.njabl.org.

81.220.66.xxx resolves to ip-xxx.net-81-220-66.lyon.rev.numericable.fr

A noter que je suis chez Numéricable (vous l'aurez remarqué) et que j'ai une ip fixe normalement. Je ne sais vraiment pas comment procéder pour me débarrasser de ce problème, c'est pourquoi je sollicite votre aide.
