Hello, I installed Incredimail and when I try to connect it always says -ERR authorization failed, so I can no longer receive my emails but I can send them. Can you help me?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

      Hello,

      I want to manage my professional emails from home using Outlook.
      I have version 2010, and after setting up the parameters, I can only send messages and cannot receive any... there's an issue with the incoming server.

      For POP: pop.finadresseboulot.com
      For SMTP: smtp.finadresseboulot.com

      In advanced options, I have 110 and 587

      I've seen on various forums that some configure their home internet access as POP.
      For example, I am with SFR, should I use pop.sfr.fr for POP???
      Can someone help me please, it's urgent???
