Is my Astrell decoder obsolete?

Hello,
I have a TNT decoder ASTRELL 011108.
I understand that old decoders work in SD and that now, TNT only broadcasts in HD.
Question: is my decoder in SD? I haven't been able to find the information online.

    Good evening,
    Since this adapter has only one scart output, it is clear that it is SD -> scrap yard
