DUODUOGO tablet

Hello, I bought a DUODUOGO tablet online, there is no
user manual and I would like to take a screenshot.
And every time I try to ask for information on Google or another site
I get a response: permission denied, see app settings.
For now, I can't do anything at all, thank you for your help.

    I just bought this tablet and I'm having the same issue. Did you manage to find a manual or an answer to our problem?
