Dell Monitor

Hello, sorry to bother you,

I just received a call from a colleague saying that at work, a Dell screen might not be working anymore, and it needs to be repaired (before it becomes known), but I've searched more or less on Google and I'm unable to find an answer because I don't know what keywords to look for... so I thought of How to do it

The only information I have is that the Power button is flashing green and that the screen reference might be (I don't really know much about computers): Rev A00

Thanks in advance for your help! (and sorry if the spelling is a bit off, I usually pay attention but I'm a bit rushed as you can understand)

    Hello,

    Try doing this:

    - Completely turn off the PC. (the CPU)

    - Disconnect the cables (power and VGA) at the monitor.

    - Press and hold the monitor's power button for 40-45 seconds (time to respect).

    - Reconnect the monitor cables.

    - And restart the PC.

        Ok, this tip is for discharging the capacitors on the motherboard, I hope it can help :)

        She did it and it didn't work, the screen is still flickering, the problem is that we are not allowed to turn off the computer so we're in a very troublesome situation.

      A screen with a flashing LED, regardless of the brand, is in 99% of cases a power supply failure of the screen.
