Outlook - Set the Tabulation Tablet?

Hello everyone,

My Outlook has been changed, and I would like to know how to always have the tab ruler when I create a message so that I can align my sentences.
Of course, I am in Word Office format, but I can't make this ruler appear, which is very useful.

      This is the version of Outlook 2003.

        Arf, moving to 2007 makes me forget the earlier versions a bit
        but you should find that in Tools/Options/Mail Format/Editor Options
