Hello, I have a strange message on startup of my PC

refcell borrowed already

it shuts down afterwards; if I go into the BIOS it starts and works without any problem

it's an old HP PC with Chrome OS Flex

      Hello,

      UEFI / Secure Boot conflict problem...

      Go into the BIOS and load the default settings in case it’s simply a BIOS variable that’s corrupted.

      If the problem persists, disable Secure Boot.

      If that still doesn’t change anything, try switching from UEFI mode to BIOS mode (legacy/CSM).
